PPC is the leading powertech group in Southeastern Europe, playing a central role in Greece’s and the region’s electrification and digital transition through sustained investment in energy and technology infrastructure. Its transformation is anchored in building a clean and flexible energy portfolio, with a full lignite phase-out by 2026, accelerated renewables deployment, grid modernisation, and a customer-centric commercial strategy.

PPC operates as a fully integrated utility across generation, distribution, and the supply of advanced energy products and services, with activities in Greece, Romania, North Macedonia, Italy, and Bulgaria. The Group has 12.5 GW of installed capacity, producing 21 TWh annually. Renewable capacity reached 6.4 GW by Q3 2025, with a further 3.9 GW under development. PPC is the largest energy supplier in Greece and Romania, serving more than 8.6 million customers and delivering 33 TWh annually.

In parallel, PPC is expanding its technology footprint through investments in fibre-to-the-home networks, international telecom cables, data centres, and AI. Committed to sustainable growth, the Group integrates environmental and social responsibility across its operations, with ESG progress recognised by S&P Global, CDP, Sustainalytics, MSCI, and ATHEX ESG, and through participation in the Science Based Targets initiative. Founded in 1950, PPC has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2001.
