AssetCool offers a scalable, cost-effective solution for power grid modernization by combining advanced photonic coatings with automated robotic application. Their technology enhances transmission efficiency by increasing powerline capacity up to 30%, reducing energy losses by 10%, preventing corrosion, and minimizing noise. Using the CAPACITY-N robotic system, these coatings are applied in-situ on live power lines, eliminating the need for outages and reducing upgrade costs by 95% compared to reconductoring. Unlike traditional infrastructure replacements, AssetCool’s retrofitting approach enables faster, more efficient, and sustainable grid upgrades, extending asset lifespan while ensuring seamless deployment with minimal disruptions.
